We are seeking an organized and professional Front Desk Administrator with experience in real estate to manage the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and team members, ensuring smooth communication and efficient administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors warmly, maintaining a professional front office presence.
Prepare and process
Form A to Form F
documentation.
Assist with
obtaining Trakhees permits
and related approvals.
Prepare and process
NOCs, rental agreements, and MOUs
as required.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage general inquiries.
Schedule appointments, property viewings, and meetings for agents and clients.
Maintain and update property listings, client records, and office databases.
Assist with preparing contracts, agreements, and other real estate documents.
Coordinate with internal teams to support sales, leasing, and property management activities.
Handle office supplies, mail, and administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality of client information.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Front Desk Administrator in a real estate or property management setting preferred.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and real estate CRM systems.
Professional and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
