VAU Real Estate is looking for a motivated and experienced
Telecaller with real estate background
to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company services and property listings Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team Maintain and update the client database with accurate information Follow up with clients to ensure strong engagement and build long-term relationships Work closely with agents to support day-to-day business development activities
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience in the UAE real estate industry
(mandatory) Strong communication and negotiation skills (English, Hindi/Arabic preferred) Ability to generate leads and work towards targets Good knowledge of Dubai's property market is an advantage Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-orientedSalary:
