As a Real Estate Executive Agent, you manage premium property portfolios, cultivating trust with international and VIP clients, and closing high-value transactions. With a valid UAE driving license, you'll seamlessly navigate Dubai's prime districts - from waterfront penthouses to signature villas - ensure you are always present where opportunity awaits.

Key Responsibilities

Manage property sales and client portfolios across Dubai's luxury market Handle company-provided leads and convert them into sales Generate new business through networking, marketing and personal branding Present, promote and negotiate property offers with confidence and Stay informed about Dubai's real estate market and off-plan launches Use CRM systems and digital tools to expand and track your clients Participate with management to exceed monthly KPIs

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of proven real estate experience Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Fluent in English. Arabic highly preferred (Hindi, Urdu, or other language Off-plan experience is strongly valued Highly motivated, professional, and performance-driven Valid UAE driving license and personal mobility for client meetings
