Real Estate Development Sales Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager to join our real estate development division. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of proven success in the Dubai property market.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with the company's development and revenue objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, property owners, and brokerage partners. Evaluate market conditions and identify new business opportunities. Manage all sales transactions professionally and ensure full compliance with Dubai real estate laws and RERA regulations. Lead negotiations and finalize sales agreements to secure successful closings. Prepare and review sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for management. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support lead generation efforts and enhance overall brand visibility.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred). 8-10 years of solid experience in sales within the UAE real estate market. Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations and RERA compliance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills. Valid UAE driving license.
