Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven

Sales Manager

for our real estate development division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the sales process, mentoring and supporting the sales team, developing effective sales strategies, and driving overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and brokers. Monitor property listings, evaluate market trends, and identify new business opportunities. Ensure all deals are handled professionally and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Support agents in negotiation and closing of property sales. Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance and forecast future results. Coordinate with marketing and operations departments to support lead generation and brand visibility.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Min 2-3 years' experience in sales and leasing within the UAE real estate market Strong understanding of Dubai real estate laws and RERA guidelines Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Proficient in CRM systems, property portals, and MS Office RERA Certification preferred Valid UAE driving license
