, is looking for a dynamic and organized
Office Administrator
to join our team.
Minimum
2 years UAE experience
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Coordinate communication between departments, clients, and management.
Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping for projects and real estate transactions.
Prepare and process correspondence, reports, and contracts.
Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling inquiries.
Support HR and finance departments with basic administrative duties.
Drafting
tenancy contracts, property management contracts, and MOUs
.
Strong knowledge of
RERA rules
for owners and tenants.
Liaising with landlords to discuss and negotiate rental offers.
Coordinating with developers/owners for
snagging lists
and handover processes.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role, preferably in real estate, development or contracting.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
