Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issue resolution
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored property solutions aligned with client expectations
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and resolution of client matters
• Proactively manage client accounts to drive satisfaction, retention, and repeat business
• Identify new business and revenue opportunities within the assigned client base
• Maintain accurate client records and communication logs using CRM systems
• Support sales and revenue targets through effective account management and relationship building
• Handle negotiations, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts professionally
• Provide regular feedback and insights on client trends and market expectations

Ideal Profile

• Proven experience in customer relationship management, client service, sales, or business development
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office software
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
