Job Description

Real Estate Coordinator - With Maintenance Coordination Experience-Preferably Male

Coordinating for the repairs, schedule maintenance services, liaise with vendors, and ensure timely resolution of tenant issues across our real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate and schedule property repairs, inspections, and maintenance tasks Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and maintenance vendors Track service requests and ensure timely completion Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation Conduct regular property inspections to identify issues Manage maintenance budgets and approve invoices Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations

Qualifications:



Bachelors Degree

3+ years of experience in property maintenance coordination

Familiarity with real estate and facilities management

Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient in MS Office; experience with property management software is a plus
Salary - 4000AED to 4500AED
