is currently hiring a Real Estate Coordinator to support our property management operations. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in real estate, strong coordination skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for tenants and provide front-office customer service.
Support the Property Administrator and Property Manager in handling maintenance requests.
Coordinate tenant relations, respond to phone, and ensure timely communication.
Maintain up-to-date tenant records, contact lists, emergency procedures, and operation manuals.
Assist in preparing rent letters, contracts, and other property-related documents.
Report and follow up on tenant maintenance requisitions.
Liaise with accounts on rental cheques, payables, and other financial matters.
Supervise maintenance teams and subcontractors for prompt resolution of complaints and building issues.
Track documentation, correspondence, and project updates.
Support in coordinating defect rectifications and fit-out works with contractors
Ensure efficient resolution of all maintenance and complaint-related tasks
Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma (minimum)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a relevant real estate/property management role
Language: Fluency in Hindi is mandatory
Driving License: Preferred
Relocation: Must be able to reliably commute or be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi before starting work
Salary & Benefits:
Monthly Salary: AED 2,000-2,500 AED (based on experience)
