Real Estate Consultant
(Premium Real Estate, Dubai & Maldives)
We are seeking ambitious individuals with a strong sales background and refined communication skills.
You will represent exclusive developments and guide clients through investment opportunities.
Core Responsibilities:
Advise clients on property investment opportunities, off-plan and secondary market projects.
Manage sales process from lead to closing, ensuring a high-end, professional approach.
Develop and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and agents.
Participate in property viewings, open houses, and exhibitions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets while representing the WILFO brand with integrity.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales or investment advisory (UAE or international markets).
Present and promote luxury real estate projects
Strong sales and communication skills.
Understanding of Dubai off-plan and secondary market projects.
Ability to build trust with high-net-worth clients and deliver premium service.
Self-motivated, result-driven, and team-oriented.
Multilingual candidates preferred.
Experience in hospitality or business setup sectors is an advantage.
