The Vantage Point Real Estate, a fast-growing real estate advisory based in Muscat, Oman, is expanding its team. We are looking for motivated and results-driven Real Estate Consultants to handle Oman and Dubai property markets.
This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about real estate, client advisory, and investment-focused sales, and who want to grow with a performance-oriented organization.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on residential and investment properties in Oman and Dubai Identify and convert leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and events Conduct property presentations, site visits, and virtual tours Build long-term relationships with clients and investors Negotiate and close property transactions Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and regulations Collaborate with developers, internal teams, and partners Maintain accurate client records using CRM toolsWhat We're Looking For Experience in real estate sales (Oman or Dubai market experience preferred) Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on results Understanding of off-plan and secondary market properties Ability to work independently and within a team Professional attitude and strong client-handling skills English required; Arabic and other languages are a plus
