Job Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across Dubai Deliver tailored property solutions based on client needs Conduct viewings, negotiate terms, and close deals efficiently Generate leads and build strong, long-term client relationships Stay informed on market trends and legal updates Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

What We're Looking For:

Confident, bold, and well-spoken individuals Ambitious individuals with strong sales skills Goal-driven mindset with a desire to grow in real estate Excellent communication and negotiation skills Real estate experience is a plus, but not required Strong English communication skills Fluency in additional languages (Russian, French, Arabic, German, Spanish, Chinese) is a plus Must be based in the UAE and ready to work on commission Freshers with passion in sales are welcome to apply Freshers and career changers are welcome Presentable, target-oriented, and eager to succeed
