Key Responsibilities:
Identify, connect with, and build relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and investors.
Present and showcase prime residential and commercial properties that meet clients' preferences and investment strategies.
Guide clients through the entire real estate process -- from property search and negotiations to closing deals.
Offer professional advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities within the UAE.
Collaborate with legal, financial, and marketing teams to ensure compliance and effective transaction management.
Negotiate terms of sales or purchases to achieve favorable outcomes for clients and the company.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and sales activities in CRM systems.
Stay current on the UAE real estate market, emerging trends, and regulatory changes.
Represent Czar Properties at networking events, real estate expos, and community outreach programs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in real estate sales or property consultancy in the UAE or similar dynamic markets.
Deep understanding of the UAE property market, legal frameworks, and investment climates.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-service orientation and ability to build trust with diverse clients.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
