Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties. Conduct thorough market research to provide clients with valuable insights on property values, trends, and investment opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, developers, and other stakeholders. Guide clients through the real estate transaction process, including negotiations, documentation, and contract management. Ensure compliance with local real estate laws, regulations, and ethical practices. Coordinate property listings, advertising, and marketing strategies to maximize exposure. Facilitate property showings, open houses, and meetings with potential buyers, sellers, and investors. Provide financial analysis and investment advice to clients looking to expand their real estate portfolios. Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptionalcustomer service.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (preferred). Valid real estate license/certification as required by local laws. Proven experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or consultancy. Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and investment strategies. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and online listing platforms. High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation
