Role Overview

As a Real Estate Agent at WESTGATE Real Estate Broker, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, and closing property transactions. This is a

commission-only role

offering uncapped earning potential for ambitious professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing properties Conduct property viewings and client meetings Negotiate and close property deals Maintain accurate records using CRM systems Stay informed about market trends and property regulations in Dubai Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Requirements

Minimum 2 months/years of experience in Dubai real estate (preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional appearance and attitude.
