Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and ambitious

Property Consultant

to join our expanding team. In this role, you will guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing properties while leveraging our systems, leads, and expert support to close deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client requirements and present suitable property options Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities Conduct property viewings and manage client interactions professionally Negotiate terms and successfully close property deals Build and maintain strong client and developer relationships Stay updated on listings, market movements, and company offerings Collaborate with internal teams to achieve and exceed sales targets

Requirements

1-2 years of real estate experience in Dubai (preferred but not mandatory) Strong sales mindset with good market awareness Excellent communication and negotiation skills Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus) Self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented
