JAYINE REAL ESTATE LLC is looking for an experienced and motivated
Real Estate Consultant
to join our dynamic team in Business Bay, Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales or leasing and a passion for delivering excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and/or commercial properties
Generate leads and build a strong client portfolio
Conduct property viewings and provide accurate market advice
Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property listings and market trends
Prepare and manage contracts and transaction documentation
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate
(mandatory)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
Ability to work independently and within a team
Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage
