We are seeking a motivated, professional, and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and/or commercial properties while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire transaction process.
This position is ideal for individuals who have strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with property sales, purchases, and rentals
Conduct property viewings and client meetings
Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties accordingly
Prepare, manage, and follow up on offers, contracts, and related documentation
Negotiate prices and terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and property records
Stay informed about UAE real estate market trends, laws, and regulations
Requirements
Valid UAE real estate license or eligibility to work as a real estate agent
Previous experience in real estate sales or leasing is preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively
Professional appearance with a customer-focused mindset
Knowledge of UAE property laws and market trends is an added advantage
