Key Responsibilities

Generate and manage leads for property sales and rentals. Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors. Market and promote listings across online platforms and social media. Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and RERA regulations.

Requirements

Experience:

Proven success in Dubai's real estate market with a track record of sales or leasing.

Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Language:

Fluency in English required; Russian, French, or Chinese are an advantage.

Mindset:

Motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and in a team.

Licensing:

Willingness to obtain RERA certification (company support provided).

Other:

UAE driving license and car preferred.
