Key Responsibilities
Manage, negotiate, and close property sales and leasing deals.
Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients.
Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
Stay informed about Dubai real estate trends, regulations, and new developments.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Requirements
Proven experience as a
Property Consultant / Real Estate Agent
in the UAE.
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
