Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Client Engagement

: Build and maintain relationships with clients and investors to understand their property needs.

Lead Generation

: Source and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and company-provided channels.

Sales Cycle Management

: Handle the entire sales process--from initial contact to deal closure.

Property Viewings & Presentations

: Conduct site visits, project briefings, and client presentations.

Market Expertise

: Stay updated on Dubai's real estate trends, pricing, legal regulations, and competitive landscape.

CRM Utilization

: Use internal systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and client records efficiently.

Collaboration

: Coordinate with marketing, admin, and management teams to ensure smooth transactions.

Performance Targets

: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Qualifications & Skills



Experience

: Typically 1-3 years in real estate or sales, with preference for off-plan property experience.

Licensing

: RERA certification is often required or preferred.

Communication

: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Tech Savvy

: Familiarity with CRM platforms and online marketing tools.

Languages

: English is essential; Arabic or other languages are a plus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
