Source, qualify, and close sales or leasing deals across Dubai's real estate market.
Develop and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords.
Promote properties through networking, marketing campaigns, social media, and property portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.).
Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and manage the transaction process from start to finish.
Provide clients with accurate market analysis, pricing advice, and investment guidance.
Stay updated with market trends, new project launches, developers' offers, and legal requirements in UAE real estate.
Maintain records and client interactions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the marketing team for property listings, photo shoots, and promotional activities.
Attend property exhibitions, networking events, and developer presentations.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
