Responsibilities:

Gathering property details and coordinating the development of relevant marketing materials.
Staying informed on the latest rules and regulations governing Dubai's residential property market.
Conducting property valuations and participating in the process.
Organizing and attending property viewings.
Negotiating with potential buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords from the viewing stage to the offer stage.
Tracking the progress of sales and leases, collaborating with the Sales Progression and Home Move Advisory teams for support.
Making follow-up calls to clients after each viewing to ensure satisfaction and address any questions.
Keeping current with local market trends and property developments.
Proactively generating new business opportunities through networking and the company's database.
Requirements:

Preferred - UAE driving license
Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
Results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and client service.
Real Estate Sales experience.
Smart Business Dress is required.
A commission-based role with highly rewarding earning potential.
