Responsibilities
Conduct property viewings with clients.
Post and manage real estate listings on property portals.
Sell residential properties in Dubai's secondary market.
Create customized property selections based on client requests.
Communicate professionally with clients via calls, meetings, and correspondence.
Source, manage, and close sales and leasing transactions across Dubai's prime communities.
Handle the end-to-end client journey: qualification, viewings, negotiations, contracts, and after-sales.
Maintain a structured pipeline in Bitrix24 CRM with timely follow-ups and clean data.
Collaborate with marketing and listings teams to maximize exposure and conversion rates.
Consistently achieve monthly targets while delivering a premium client experience.
