We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic Property Consultants to join our real estate team. Best suited for individuals with strong sales skills, passion for real estate, and a drive to succeed. You will be responsible for closing lead on the leads provided by the company, generate your sources, assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, and providing expert advice on market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new client leads through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
Closing leads on company provided lead, Off-plan and Secondary.
Understand clients' needs and provide suitable property options.
Conduct property viewings and presentations.
Negotiate offers and close property transactions.
Maintain updated knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, communities, and project launches.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
Work closely with developers and landlords to promote available properties.
Keep records of client interactions, deals, and feedback.
Requirements:
Previous experience in real estate or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
Freshers also welcome.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Good knowledge of Dubai's real estate market is an advantage.
Presentable with professional conduct.
Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
