We're seeking an experienced and licensed Real Estate Consultant to join our team in Dubai. As a Real Estate Consultant, you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions, building client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management
: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
2.
Property Sales
: Negotiate and facilitate property transactions, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
3.
Market Knowledge
: Stay up-to-date on Dubai's real estate market trends, laws, and regulations.
4.
Lead Generation
: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding your client base.
5.
Marketing and Promotion
: Utilize various marketing channels to promote properties and your services.
6.
Documentation and Compliance
: Ensure all transactions are properly documented and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
1.
Market Knowledge
: Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market, laws, and regulations.
2.
Communication Skills
: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3.
Client Focus
: Strong client-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
4.
Experience
: Fresh candidates in real estate industry with prior sales experience in any other industry are encouraged to apply. 1-2 years of experience in real estate brokerage will be an add on.
5.
Real Estate Consultant License
: Valid license from the Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) will also be preferred.
