A boutique real estate advisory firm focused on Dubai's prime residential and investment markets. We are now seeking experienced Sales Consultants to join our growing team and help expand our presence across key communities.

Role & Structure



This is a commission-only role, designed for ambitious brokers who want the structure and guidance of a sales team while still enjoying the freedom to build their own client base without the restrictive micromanagement practices of larger firms. Within our consultancy, you'll:- Work under the guidance of a Sales Manager, but without daily call tracking or unnecessary admin burdens.- Focus on delivering results and client outcomes, rather than being measured by call stats.- Have the autonomy to build your profile and client relationships within our branding and ethos.- Operate across both resale and off-plan transactions.- Choose your core community focus (within our target communities).

- Commission: 55% on all transactions, rising to 60% upon achieving annual targets, with further progression opportunities.

Requirements



- Proven real estate experience in Dubai (minimum 1 year).

- Strong knowledge of Dubai's sales processes, off-plan and secondary market.

- English fluency (other languages an advantage).

- Motivated, self-driven, and ambitious.

- Ability to build strong client relationships and operate with integrity.
