Responsibilities:
Handle client inquiries and provide expert advice on buying, selling, and leasing secondary market properties
Conduct property viewings and build strong client relationships
Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends
Negotiate and close deals effectively
Maintain CRM records and follow up with clients
Requirements:
Proven experience in the secondary market (sales/leasing) in Dubai is preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Presentable, self-motivated, and target-driven
Good knowledge of Dubai communities and real estate regulations
Must be based in Dubai
