. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service. You will represent our brand, build long-term relationships, and deliver outstanding results in Dubai's competitive property market.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
Conduct market research to provide clients with up-to-date property values, investment opportunities, and market trends.
Generate leads and build a strong client database through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Promote and market properties via online listings, social media, and property portals.
Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing detailed information and guidance to clients.
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, ensuring the best outcome for all parties.
Prepare and review real estate documents, agreements, and contracts.
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies at all times.
Maintain strong professional relationships with developers, property owners, and investors.
Achieve monthly sales/rental targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Requirements:
Valid
UAE Residency Visa & Emirates ID
(company sponsorship can be provided after 2-3 months).
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Proven sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Fluency in
English
(Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
Proficiency in using real estate portals, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
Strong knowledge of Dubai's property market and legal procedures.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
