Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
Stay abreast of real estate market trends, new projects, and competitor activities.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Valid RERA certification is mandatory.
Proficient in using CRM software and major property portals (Bayut, Property Finder).
Valid UAE Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle.
Preferred Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a real estate agent in the Dubai market, with a proven track record of closed deals.
Experience in both secondary market and off-plan sale
