PAYMENT STRUCTURE

No salary Commission Based You will earn 70% commission on every successful sale or rental transaction you close. Al Qyam Real Estate will retain 30% for administrative and operational purposes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners Assist in property management tasks, including tenant communication and issue resolution. Creating and attending Property viewings Attending Property Valuations Handle inquiries from tenants and landlords, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Coordinate maintenance team and Tenants/Buyers Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations. Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner Negotiation with prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from viewing through to offer stage Regular care calls to all clients following up each other viewings
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree (a plus) valid UAE driving license and own car (a plus) Strong communication and customer service skills Experience in real estate and property management (a plus) Fresher can join Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment6.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market trends (preferred) Knowledge of real estate software and tools (a plus)
