Key Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Provide guidance and assistance through the process of property purchase, sale, or lease.
Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
Conduct market analysis to estimate property values.
Qualifications
:
Proven working experience as a Real Estate Consultant.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with excellent time management.
Familiarity with CRM software and real estate databases.
High school diploma; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
