Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
Conduct property viewings and manage client follow-ups
List and promote properties on leading real estate portals
Negotiate and close property deals efficiently
Stay informed on real estate laws, RERA regulations, and market trends
Build strong relationships with clients and property owners
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in the UAE
Strong sales and communication skills
Familiarity with the Dubai property market
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented
