Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Real Estate Sales Consultants to join our client's dynamic sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate or high-value sales and strong cultural understanding to cater to an international clientele. You will play a key role in expanding our reach within global markets and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and close property sales, primarily targeting international investors and residents. Guide clients throughout the property buying process in Dubai. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads. Stay updated on market trends, project launches, and investment opportunities. Represent the company at property exhibitions, meetings, and networking events. Deliver tailored solutions and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE or in an international market. Alternatively, a minimum of 3 years of high-value sales experience within Dubai or in a relevant global market. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages is an advantage. Strong understanding of international customer service standards and cross-cultural communication. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment. Bachelor's degree preferred. A valid UAE driving license is a plus.

Preferred Candidate Attributes:

Multilingual capabilities (especially in languages common among international investors) are advantageous. Cultural fluency and experience working with international clients. Self-motivated with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
