Job Description

We are currently seeking and experience and dynamic Real Estate Sales Agent to lead our Secondary Market and Off Plan Team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in real estate management, particularly in Dubai market. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Secondary Market Team, driving sales, ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:



Lead and manage the Secondary Market Team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure the team achieves sales targets and KPIs.

Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth in the secondary market, focusing on both individual and team performance.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to promote our services and generate new business opportunities

Conduct market research any analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the real estate industry, specifically within the Dubai market.

Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract potential clients.

Monitor and analyze team performance, sales activity, and market trends, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.

Stay updated with industry regulations, market conditions, and competitor's activities to ensure our services remain competitive and complaint.
