Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

Actively seek out and engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs.

Property Listings:

Manage and promote property listings, conducting property viewings and open houses.

Market Analysis:

Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and pricing in the UAE real estate market.

Sales Negotiation:

Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to achieve optimal outcomes.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Collaboration:

Work with the team to develop marketing strategies and improve service offerings.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent in the UAE. Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Valid UAE driver's license and own vehicle are preferred. Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus. RERA card preferred.
