We are looking for a results-driven and knowledgeable Real Estate Broker to join our Dubai-based team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in off-plan properties, a solid understanding of Dubai's real estate market, and proven connections with local developers.
This role requires a strategic professional who can identify high-potential investment opportunities, guide clients through property acquisitions, and build long-term relationships with both investors and developers.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on investment opportunities in Dubai's off-plan property market
Build and maintain relationships with top-tier developers and stay updated on new launches, area developments, and project timelines
Analyze market trends and evaluate project profitability for clients
Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with potential investors
Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals
Collaborate with internal teams on marketing strategies and lead sourcing
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and legal requirements throughout the transaction process
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate brokerage, with a strong focus on off-plan properties in Dubai
Deep knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, including key developers (e.g. Emaar, DAMAC, Sobha, Nakheel), prime areas, and ongoing/upcoming developments
Proven sales track record in generating and closing high-value deals
Strong analytical skills and investment acumen to assess ROI and market potential of off-plan projects
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently under minimal supervision
Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are a plus
RERA certification preferred
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle is an advantage
