Job Description

We're a dynamic real estate company operating in the Dubai market, seeking an experienced and motivated Realtor to join our team. As a Realtor, you will play a key role in driving sales, generating leads, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and promote properties.

- Inventory Management: Source and generate new property listings from property owners, developers, and other agents.

- Listing Management: Create and post property listings on various online portals, including property finder, bayut dubizzle, and others.

- Lead Generation: Respond to inquiries from potential clients, follow up on leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.

- Deal Closure: Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring smooth transactions and meeting sales targets.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in Dubai.

- Knowledge: Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market, laws, and regulations.

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and online property portals.

- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, set goals, and achieve targets.
