Role Overview
The Real Estate Consultant will guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process while providing expert market advice and ensuring a smooth transaction experience. This role requires strong communication skills, market knowledge, and a proactive approach to client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on property options, market conditions, and investment opportunities.
Manage property listings, client inquiries, and full transaction processes.
Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance to buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Negotiate offers and finalize agreements in line with company standards.
Maintain updated knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market, pricing, and regulations.
Build and maintain long?term client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
Prepare necessary documentation and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Real Estate Consultant or Agent in the UAE (Abu Dhabi experience preferred).
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven track record of closing deals and meeting performance targets.
Professional appearance and customer?focused attitude.
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
