Qualifications :-
Proven experience in off-plan property sales, or a strong desire to start a career in real estate.
Fluency in Arabic or a European language (French, German, Italian, Spanish, etc.) is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
High level of motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with UAE off-plan projects, market trends, and real estate regulations is a plus, but not mandatory.
A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Key Responsibilities :-
Off-Plan Sales: Manage the full cycle of off-plan property sales, from prospecting to closing deals.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and buyers, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.
Market Knowledge: Stay up to date on new project launches, market trends, and investment opportunities to provide expert advice.
Property Presentations: Conduct presentations and property tours to showcase off-plan developments to potential buyers.
Negotiation: Negotiate deals effectively to achieve the best possible outcome for clients and the company.
Lead Generation: Actively prospect for new clients and business opportunities through networking, referrals, and digital marketing.
Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of transactions, client communications, and listings in our CRM system.
