We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Real Estate Consultant to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the local real estate market, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on property options based on their needs, budget, and preferences.
Conduct property viewings and site visits.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market and trends in the real estate industry.
Build and maintain a strong client network through effective communication and follow-up.
Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
Prepare and process legal documents related to real estate transactions (e.g., tenancy contracts, sales agreements).
Generate leads and convert prospects into clients through cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
Collaborate with developers, agents, and other industry professionals.
Provide after-sales services and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a real estate consultant or in a similar sales role.
Strong knowledge of local property laws, market conditions, and documentation processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
