Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Offplan Specialist located in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Offplan Specialist will be responsible for managing and selling pre-construction properties, generating leads, conducting market research, and building relationships with clients. Their duties include providing clients with detailed information about offplan properties, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that client needs are met. The specialist will also keep up-to-date with market trends and property developments in the region.

Sales and Client Relationship Management skills Market Research and Analysis skills Negotiation and Communication skills Understanding of Real Estate Market and Property Developments Excellent presentation and persuasive selling techniques Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field Experience in the UAE real estate market is preferred
