As a
Real Estate Consultant
, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi. You will provide expert advice, market insights, and negotiation support to ensure successful transactions. This role is commission-based, offering high earning potential for motivated professionals.Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their property needs.Property Listings & Market Analysis:
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.Sales & Negotiation:
Guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process, ensuring smooth transactions.Marketing & Lead Generation:
Promote properties through various channels, including digital marketing and networking.Legal & Documentation Support:
Assist clients with contracts, agreements, and regulatory requirements.Collaboration:
Work closely with developers, landlords, and other stakeholders to facilitate deals.Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales or consulting. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus. UAE driving license preferred.
