The Real Estate Consultant is responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales transactions. They facilitate property buying and selling, provide market expertise, negotiate deals, and ensure a seamless experience for clients.
2. Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their real estate needs.
Conduct market analysis for accurate property valuations.
Create and market property listings to attract buyers.
Assist buyers in finding and purchasing properties.
Represent sellers, market properties, and negotiate offers.
Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities.
Oversee transactions from contract to closing.
Generate leads through networking and marketing.
Engage potential clients and conduct property showings.
Build and maintain client relationships.
Guide clients through negotiations and purchase agreements.
Maintain a network of industry professionals.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
Use CRM systems to track sales activities.
Ensure excellent customer service and record-keeping.
Follow Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
3. Qualifications & Experience
A. Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
B. Experience:
1-2 years in sales or customer service.
Real estate experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
Knowledge of real estate laws and CRM tools is a plus.
C. Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
