Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on property transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing, with a focus on aligning with their investment goals or lifestyle needs. Provide insights into Abu Dhabi's real estate market trends, property valuations, and lucrative investment opportunities. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering professional and personalized consultation services. Assist clients in navigating UAE property laws, regulations, and the process of acquiring Golden Visas through property investments. Conduct property viewings and presentations to help clients make well-informed decisions. Collaborate with developers, brokers, and internal teams to access exclusive listings and secure favorable terms for clients. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers or investors. Prepare and negotiate contracts and agreements with precision, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.

Qualifications:

Valid UAE real estate license. Proven experience as a real estate consultant or similar role in Abu Dhabi's property market. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Comprehensive knowledge of UAE property laws and market dynamics. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or a related field is preferred. UAE driving license and reliable transportation.
