Real Estate Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
Conduct market research to identify property value, trends, and investment opportunities.
Coordinate property viewings and client meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
Assist clients with legal documentation and compliance during transactions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate regulations, pricing, and availability.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Consultant or similar role.
Solid understanding of the local real estate market.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Real estate license (as per local/regional requirement).
