Role Overview

We are seeking ambitious and driven

Commercial Real Estate Agents

to join our expanding team in Dubai. As a Commercial Agent, you will specialize in helping clients buy, sell, and lease commercial properties -- including offices, retail spaces, and warehouses -- while building long-term client relationships and driving revenue growth.

This is a commission-based position.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties across Dubai. Identify opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong commercial client base. Conduct property viewings and provide professional market insights. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with buyers, tenants, and landlords. Stay updated with Dubai's commercial real estate trends, property values, and regulations. Work closely with the team to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional client service.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months

of experience in commercial or real estate sales. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Interest in building a long-term career in Dubai's dynamic commercial property sector. Experience in European or UK markets is a plus, especially for professionals eager to expand internationally.
