We are looking for experienced CALL CENTER & LISTING AGENTS

Requirements:



- Ensure good customer service and handle complaints

- Should have property listing experience on property portals (PF, Bayut, Dubizzle)
- Has knowledge about Madhmoun process

- Manage inbound and outbound calls

- Keep records updated and analyze performance

- Ensuring compliance with company policies and real estate regulations

- Coordinating with other departments (sales, marketing, brokers)

Basic Requirements :-



Candidate

MUST

have Good English and Arabic Speaking & writing Skills

Should be willing to work 6 Days a week

Real Estate Background candidates will be preferred

Should know how to handle work load.

Should be willing to attends Real Estate Related Events, Trainings outside office.

GOOD BASIC SALARY ALONG WITH COMMISSION will be offered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
