Job Overview:

We are seeking a Call Center/Listing Agent to join our dynamic team. The Call Center/Listing Agent plays a vital role in identifying potential property listings and supporting the property sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research:

Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive listings. Share insights and recommendations with clients to help them make informed decisions.

Property Assessment:

Evaluate properties and advise clients on the listing price based on market analysis and property condition.

Listing Management:

Collaborate with property owners to gather all necessary documentation and information for listing purposes.

Client Communication:

Maintain open and transparent communication with clients throughout the listing process. Provide regular updates, reports, and feedback to property owners. Negotiate offers and terms on behalf of clients to achieve successful transactions. Assist sales agents in closing deals by arranging viewings and ensuring all necessary details are available to finalize sales. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and property values. Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Proven experience as a Listing Agent or a real estate call center role. Excellent written, phone and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi- task, set priorities and manage time effectively.

Preferable : Own Visa

At least one year
