Job Description

MatrixSky Real Estate Brokage is looking for Males/female from All nationailities who facilitates property transactions by connecting buyers and sellers, negotiating deals, and ensuring legal compliance. Key responsibilities include Prospecting,calling,solicite potential cliets/investors listing properties on the MLS, conducting market analysis, drafting contracts, and managing, training, or supervising real estate agents to ensure ethical, compliant transactions.

Key Responsibilities and Duties



Client Representation:

Acting on behalf of buyers, sellers, or renters to negotiate purchase agreements, lease terms, and sales prices.

Property Marketing & Sales:

Listing homes for sale, hosting open houses, and promoting properties to potential buyers.

Transaction Management:

Preparing and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts and closing statements, and ensuring all terms are met.

Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensuring all transactions comply with state/federal laws and that proper procedures for escrow accounts and disclosures are followed.

Market Analysis:

Evaluating properties to determine competitive market prices for clients.

Brokerage Operations:

Supervising, training, and supporting real estate agents in their day-to-day work.

Required Skills and Qualifications



Valid License:

A valid state-issued real estate broker license will be provided.

Communication & Negotiation:

Strong interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and mediate between buyers and sellers.

Market Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of local real estate trends and property values will be taught by our renowned trainer.

Experience:

Proven success as a real estate agent is typically required before becoming a broker will be preferred.

Typical Work Environment


Brokers may operate in all or specialize in residential, commercial, or agricultural real estate. The role involves flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for property showings, and requires high autonomy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
